Joe Wicks surprised his fitness-loving fans with a spontaneous run around Edinburgh as he touched down in the Scottish capital.
The Body Coach, known for his High-Intensity Interval Training workouts, revealed on Instagram that he had arrived in Scotland on Friday.
Wicks urged runners to join him for a 5k jog at 8am on Saturday, meeting in Edinburgh's city centre.
Keen joggers turned up in their droves to join the star fitness coach as temperatures soar across the country.
In one clip shared with his 4.3 million followers on Instagram, Wicks says: "Look at this, what a way to see a city. Running through Edinburgh with all these people."
In more adorable footage, the 36-year-old spoke to Edinburgh mum Alana and her five-year-old daughter Hope, reports Edinburgh Live.
Talking while jogging, Joe joked he was "struggling to keep up" with Hope as the group sprinted along past Waverley Station.
Starting at Charlotte Square, the pack had headed along Princes Street and descended on the city's Old Town.
Joe had been in Edinburgh for an event on Friday, with the Body Coach running an 'evening with Joe Wicks' at the Ross Theatre.
Talking about his brand new book, Feel Good Food, Joe had been going through his top tips with fans, explaining his 'nutritious, energy-boosting new recipes to get the nation eating healthily and happily'.
