Television presenter and fitness coach Joe Wicks appeared on Lorraine this morning to teach last-minute lovers how to make the easiest Valentine's Day dessert for their loved ones.

The 36-year-old appeared on the popular daytime television show this morning as he showed the audience how to create the perfect lover's dessert for February 14 - a fruity chocolate fudge cake.
