Joe Wicks opted for an unusual refreshment while en route to Taylor Swift's final Eras Tour Wembley show - his wife’s breast milk.
The Body Coach, 38, and wife Rosie Jones, 33, welcomed their fourth child together in June.
They treated eldest daughter Indie to some quality time just them at popstar Swift’s last show of the European leg of her tour.
He raised eyebrows however by uploading a video to Instagram showing him glugging some of Rose’s breast milk as they headed to the sold out stadium.
In the clip, they are walking along and Joe asks Rosie what she is doing.
She replies “Pumping on the go”, to which he cheekily asks if she will “Save me some milk”.
Rosie obliged, with him declaring triumphantly: “Liquid gold, mama’s milk”.
He went on to hail it for its “energy and nutrients”.
Giving his verdict after a taste test, he said: “Believe it or not, it tastes really sweet. Like a natural sweet vanilla milk. No wonder babies love sugar and sweet stuff.”
Expanding on his remarks in the comments, he said: “Well I’m going with the vote but on this one, even if the vote said no I still would have drank it. I ain’t dashing that. Liquid gold, mama’s milk.
“The energy and nutrients in that is unbelievable and actually, believe it or not, it tastes really sweet, like a natural sweet vanilla milk. No wonder babies love sugar and sweet stuff. Down the hatch.
“So unoffensive honestly this. It’s actually nice. I wouldn’t have it with porridge or cereal but it’s nice for a little shot now and again. Thanks Rose, thanks for your milk!”
