Expect the majority of the coverage in Cleveland today to surround Joe Thomas as the former left tackle of the Cleveland Browns has officially been inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. After getting the good news, however, Thomas made sure to thank the city where he spent his entire NFL career. Thomas left this message for the city of Cleveland:
“I just wanted to say a big thank you. I could not have done it without you guys. Eleven beautiful years in Cleveland. Not always full of a lot of wins, but always a lot of pride in the city and the team. You guys were a huge part of that journey, and I absolutely could not have done it without you.”
