The Cleveland Browns are one step closer to seeing one of their own inducted as a first-ballot Hall of Famer as Joe Thomas has been named as a finalist. Announced on NFL Network on Wednesday night, Thomas’ gold jacket is almost on the way to the tailor.
In eleven seasons in the league, Thomas made 10 Pro Bowls, missing just his final season which ended in an elbow injury. In that span as well, Thomas was also named an All-Pro six times. A Cleveland legend, the turnout in Canton, Ohio will be massive as Thomas is one step closer to immortality and his bust in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
