Joe Swash's adorable reunion with his youngest children after three weeks away was captured on video by his wife Stacey Solomon for Instagram.

The EastEnders star, 40, was reportedly filming the I'm a Celeb all stars edition in South Africa, leaving TV star Stacey, 32, with their two children, Rex, three, and baby Rose.

Stacey filmed the heart warming moment Joe saw the kids for the first time after his trip, with the actor sweeping Rex into his arms after coming through the bedroom door, and dropping his bags on the floor.
