It was a night Declan Rice will never forget as the West Ham skipper tasted European glory.
The England international played a major role in the competition run as David Moyes and his troops went all the way and lifted the Europa Conference League trophy with a last minute winner causing wild scenes both on the park and in the stands. The Hammers had Jarrod Bowen to thank as he slotted home after being played through to dump Fiorentina 2-1 and end a long wait for silverware.
Former Everton and Manchester United boss Moyes raced down the touchline to celebrate the winner before showing his joy on the park after quite a remarkable achievement. He was pictured celebrating with one-time Rangers boss Mark Warburton at full-time in Prague - with the former Ibrox gaffer now one of the first-team coaches at the English Premier League side.

Billy Gilmour, Ally McCoist and former Celtic and Rangers pair Shane Duffy and Josh Windass also showed their support by liking the image.
New Rangers No1 Jack Butland also got in on the act on a second upload of Rice posing with the trophy in his bed with the caption: "Good morning".
