Joe Hart has emerged as the king of Scottish football Instagram after research showed the Celtic goalkeeper has the most followers in the country.
The former England and Manchester City star has been a mainstay in Ange Postecoglou's side since making the switch across the border in August 2021. Hart has been well known for appearing in TV advertisements and regularly posts on social media to his 1.4million fans.
Romanian playmaker Ianis Hagi is Rangers most loved player on Instagram at 353,000 followers and is the second most followed big name in Scotland - having previously appeared in Pepsi ads alongside the likes of Lionel Messi. However Hart has an engagement rate of a mere 1.46 per cent in comparison to 6.61 per cent for the Light Blues man. Hibernian's Will Fish is most superior in that department, though, with the Manchester United loanee boasting a 10.35 per cent engagement rate on his content.
