Joe Fournier has complained that KSI still has yet to send him a contract for the pair's planned bout, believed to take place on Misfits Boxing's May 13 event.
KSI's promotional company announced their schedule for the year this week, with a May 13 return to London believed to be the next stop for the YouTube star in his comeback tour. His last two fights were at The O2 arena and the OVO Arena Wembley, the latter of which saw him knock out Faze Temperrr before going head-to-head in the ring with Fournier.
The British duo were due to share the card, with Fournier expected to take a tune-up fight against UFC veteran Tony Christodoulou before his rival faced Temperrr. But when Christodoulou was forced out after a brain scan deemed him unable to compete, Fournier was forced to watch from ringside before facing off with KSI at the end of the night.
But it appears that the contract for the bout never materialised, with Fournier writing on Instagram yesterday: "It’s been exactly 4 weeks since KSI shook my hand to fight May 13 in front of millions of fans and a sold out Wembley Stadium. Guess what guys still no contract…
"He clearly doesn’t want to get knocked out in front of millions more people. Or maybe his lawyers are slow? KSI if you need to borrow my lawyer I’m happy to draft the contracts no stress. Is KSI going to bottle it again and save himself the embarrassment of getting put to sleep on pay-per-view?"

Fournier is 9-0 as a professional boxer, and has previously been ranked at light-heavyweight by the WBA, holding their international title. And it appears that KSI is keen to take that step up in competition after having to replace two main event opponents at late notice on his comeback trail.
The Brit was due to face Alex Wassabi in his return fight after almost three years out of the ring. But when the American pulled out with a concussion he had to switch to a 'two fights in one night' gimmick where he faced rapper Swarmz and journeyman boxer Luis Pineda.
After dispatching of them with ease, the Brit was due to move on to Dillon Danis, but the MMA fighter pulled out due to being under prepared. He was replaced by Temperrr, who KSI knocked out within a round to set up the Fournier fight for later this year, which could now be moved.
