The Cleveland Browns were not the only ones to get a good bit of injury news as cornerback Denzel Ward has returned to practice. They will officially see quarterback Joe Burrow as they take on the Cincinnati Bengals at Cleveland Browns Stadium this Sunday. Speaking to the media today, the superstar quarterback declared himself “ready to go” as the defending AFC North champs make the trip up I-71 North.
It was never really a doubt to those who paid close attention or to those who could read between the lines. However, after suffering a strained calf that sidelined him all of training camp, Burrow is officially ready to roll into the regular season for the AFC North favorites. This headlines what is a relatively healthy week for the Bengals as there is not a ton of injury news to pass along.
