Joe Burrow may be done for the season due to injury, but that doesn't mean he's done making an impact for his Bengals teammates.
On Sunday, Burrow was once again watching from the sideline as backup Jake Browning led the Cincinnati offense in Week 14 against the Colts.
In a kind gesture to the teammate taking over his role, Burrow loaned his suite at Paycor Stadium to Browning, allowing a number of his family and friends to attend the game.
After going undrafted in 2019, Browning spent two years on the Vikings practice squad before joining the Bengals in 2021. Now five years into his NFL career, Browning is making his first starts under center, and thanks to Burrow, his family was able to enjoy the big day with him.
The broadcast highlighted Burrow’s kind gesture just before Browning connected with tight end Tanner Hudson for a touchdown, giving the Bengals a 21–14 lead.
