Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow is back with the team at practice this week on the heels of his successful surgery.
As Bengals head coach Zac Taylor predicted earlier in the week, Burrow returned with teammates right on schedule on Thursday ahead of the team’s “Monday Night Football” game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
According to Paul Dehner Jr. of The Athletic, Burrow was there on the fields with teammates, his arm in a sling.
Burrow has been adamant throughout the process that he would be around the team as much as possible in order to help teammates despite his sitting on injured reserve.
The Bengals previously announced that Burrow’s surgery was a success and that he’s expected to make a full recovery.
