NFL teams do not want to see players injured in training camp. They certainly don’t want their franchise quarterbacks hurt.
That is why the Bengals and their entire fan faithful had to hold their collective breath on Thursday when Joe Burrow tumbled to the ground during a workout.
And nobody touched the prized QB.
Burrow was carted off the field. Coach Zac Taylor said it was a calf injury.
