Yesterday, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris made a rare joint appearance at Girard College in Philadelphia to kick off the Black Voters for Biden event. Girard College, a majority black boarding school catering to students from first to twelfth grade, served as the backdrop for the event.
The event was seen as a relaunch aimed at addressing concerns about the campaign's direction with black voters. Biden took the opportunity to highlight his track record and efforts to support the black community during his presidency. He emphasized the diversity and strength of the military under his leadership, citing the appointment of prominent black figures to key positions.
