Joao Felix remained coy when quizzed on his future amid speculation that a permanent move to Chelsea is on the cards. The 23-year-old was heavily linked with a move to Arsenal in the January transfer window but, after the Blues entered the race, he opted for a switch to west London instead.
Despite only featuring a handful of times for the Blues, his impressive performances have quickly seen him become a regular in Graham Potter's starting lineup. The Portugal international has made a great impression since arriving at Stamford Bridge, so much so that Todd Boehly is said to be a huge fan of the forward.
And, according to Relevo, the American billionaire wants to see if a move is possible. The report states that Chelsea have scheduled talks with the Spanish giants next month with a decision to be made in May.

It's said that a deal appears 'likely' to be completed as tensions remain high between Felix and Diego Simeone. However, Atletico will likely demand an eye-watering fee for the Portuguese star after paying Benfica £113m in 2019.
With an element of doubt over Felix's future at the Metropolitano Stadium, he was quizzed on his future ahead of the international break. Portugal are set to lock horns with Liechtenstein and Luxembourg in the UEFA Euro 2024 Qualifiers this month.
"I'm not gonna speak about clubs as I'm here with Portugal," he said, as quoted by Fabrizio Romano. "I can just say that I'm enjoying my new life at Chelsea and I'm adapting well to this new chapter."
Earlier this month, Felix admitted that Chelsea's success in the Champions League this season will be a huge factor in a decision over his future. Speaking ahead of the Blues clash with Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League round of 16 second-leg, the forward said: "Yeah, playing in the Champions League is always different.
"It’s a competition that everyone wants to play. But now I’m focused on this Champions League, on the game. We have a lot of games yet to try to reach the Champions League in the league.
"It’s not over. But, yeah, playing in the Champions League is an important decision, but the future no one knows, so let’s see what happens and then we’ll see."
"Chelsea is a team who likes to attack, who likes to have the ball, who likes to dominate the game, so that’s the game I like to play," Felix added. "I feel very free to play here, to play as I like. I’m loving it.
"When I left Atletico, I thought it was good for me and for them. So I think it was the perfect deal. So I think it’s important for me, this loan, and I’m very happy to play here."
