Chelsea have decided against signing Joao Felix permanently, Atletico Madrid have confirmed.

The Blues took advantage of Felix's strained relationship with Atleti head coach Diego Simone to bring the young forward to Stamford Bridge on loan in January. Chelsea paid around £9million for a six-month loan fee, along with taking on the Portugal international’s wages.
