Joanna Lumley Sky News Queen Elizabeth II Kay Burley Platinum Jubilee Pageant

Actress Joanna Lumley won praise from fans with her commentary at the Queen's Platinum Jubilee pageant.

The Absolutely Fabulous star joined Kay Burley and Alistair Bruce on Sky News for the very special event, which took place on Sunday and ended up with Queen Elizabeth II herself appearing on the balcony of Buckingham Palace to round off celebrations.

It wasn't known whether the Queen would be able to make it, but she proudly stood on the balcony for the pageant finale alongside her son Prince Charles and Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, as well as Prince William, his wife Catherine and their kids.
