This week, JLS are set to take to the Greenwich O2 stage for their much-awaited reunion tour. The group, consisting of Aston Merrygold, Oritsé Williams, Marvin Humes and JB Gill announced their "Everybody Say JLS: The Hits" tour back in March – with 15 arena shows, starting in Dublin on October 20.
Getting their big break on X Factor in 2008 as runners-up, the four-piece produced hit after hit for the best part of 8 years. They were runner-ups but went on to release four albums JLS, Outta This World, Jukebox and Evolution – before splitting in 2013.
They announced the tour at the time with a tweet that read: "The suspense is over… We couldn't be more excited to announce another UK and Ireland arena tour later this year. Last time out was totally surreal and we’ve been eagerly awaiting the right time to do it all over again!!"
Expanding further in a press release, members Aston Merrygold, Oritsé Williams, JB Gill and Marvin Humes said: “[The] last time out was totally surreal and we’ve been eagerly awaiting the right time to do it all over again.
“Playing live and seeing our amazing fans is definitely the best part of being JLS!”
