JioBlackRock Mutual Fund has filed a draft document with Sebi for a hybrid long-short fund under Prism SIF. Prism Hybrid Long-Short Fund will be an interval investment strategy investing in equity and debt securities, including limited short exposure in equity and debt through derivatives.
The investment strategy of the fund will be to achieve long-term capital appreciation along with income generation by investing across a diversified mix of equity and equity-related instruments, debt and money market instruments, and derivative-based strategies.
