Jio Financial and Allianz Group formally launch 50:50 insurance JV

Allianz Insurance Jio Financial Bajaj Finserv Jio Financial Services Germany India JFSL the ministry of corporate affairs

New Delhi: Jio Allianz General Insurance was incorporated on Tuesday, with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs granting a certificate of incorporation.

Jio Financial Services Ltd (JFSL) and Allianz of Germany are holding 50 per cent each in the insurance firm.
