Jingle Bell Ball: Full line-up and ticket details as music extravaganza returns to O2 Arena

Katy Perry will be jetting over for the star-studded event - (Chris Jackson / PA)

Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball will once again be returning to London, with a whole host of big names set to take to the stage at the O2 Arena

The annual music extravaganza takes place across two days in December and serves as a winter version of Global Radio’s Summertime Ball, which is hosted at Wembley Stadium every June.

From who is on the line-up to the all-important dates and how to get tickets, here’s everything you need to know about the Jingle Bell Ball 2024.

When is the Jingle Bell Ball?

The two-day event will be taking place at  the O2 Arena on Saturday, December, 7 and Sunday, December 8.

Who is performing?

As usual, Capital has booked a whole host of chart-topping stars including Glastonbury headliners, US pop sensations and TikTok favourites. While most of the acts are just performing on one of the two nights, Tom Grennan fans are in for a treat as he’ll be taking to the stage on both days.

When and where do tickets go on sale?

Capital Jingle Bell Ball tickets will go on general sale at 9am on Friday, November 8 and you’ll only be able to buy them via the Global Player

There are a couple of presales, too, which give you the chance to queue-jump. Capital listeners who were logged in to the Global Player at 9am on Thursday were given exclusive access to tickets.

There’s also another presale for Barclaycard customers, who receive 10 per cent off when they use their credit card to purchase tickets. This presale also started at 9am on Thursday and will run until 5pm the same day or when tickets sell out.

As with most events at the O2 Arena, O2 customers can access priority tickets via the app. This sale is also already open.

What if you don’t get tickets?

If you’re unsuccessful in trying to buy them, or can’t make it to the event, then don’t worry – all of the action will air on Capital and you’ll be able to catch up later, too, via the Global Player.
