Former President Jimmy Carter is set to mark a historic milestone as he turns 100 years old on Tuesday. Carter, the first American president to reach this age, has led a remarkable life from his humble beginnings as the son of a Depression-era farmer to his presidency and subsequent global humanitarian work.

His grandson shared that Carter is looking forward to casting his vote in the 2024 presidential election, expressing support for Vice President Kamala Harris.
