Colts owner Jim Irsay was fired up on Sunday after Indianapolis topped the Panthers in order to put an end to its three-game losing streak.
After the 27–13 win in Week 9, Irsay paid a visit to the Colts’ locker room, where he turned up the music and began to dance in the middle of the room, in front of the entire team.
Irsay’s song of choice was Meek Mill’s “Dreams and Nightmares,” and the 64-year-old held nothing back while stomping around and getting loose to the music.
For much of the clip, which was posted on X by Irsay himself, he could be seen clutching onto head coach Shane Steichen’s pointer finger while jumping up and down.
The players were loving it, too, hyping Irsay up while he pumped his fist.

Indianapolis had struggled in its previous three games leading into Sunday’s tilt against Carolina. They’d lost all three games and had surrendered no fewer than 37 points in each defeat.
The Colts improved to 4–5 following the win, and Irsay was fired up to be back in the win column for the first time since Oct. 8. They’ll look to make it two wins in a row next Sunday when they take on the Patriots.
