Jim Goodwin will miss Dundee United's trip to Kilmarnock as the club issued up an update on his health.
The 44-year-old was admitted to hospital on Thursday and kept in overnight for observation. His assistant Lee Sharp told yesterday how he had spoken to the Irishman, who was in good spirits.
Sharp was on standby to take the team at Rugby Park and will now be doing that, with Goodwin not ready to be on the touchline.

A club statement said: "Dundee United Manager Jim Goodwin will not be in attendance at today’s fixture versus Kilmarnock as he continues to deal with an ongoing medical matter.
"The Manager would like to thank everyone for their kind wishes and comments over the last 24 hours.
"The club would ask that his privacy, and that of his family, is respected at this time.
"We do not intend to provide any further medical detail and will issue an update when appropriate."
