While the Jets offense has been inept for the majority of the 2023 season, the club possesses two emerging stars on that side of the ball.
The Jets, who lost their fourth consecutive game on Black Friday to Miami, have last season’s OROY Garrett Wilson scored for the first time since Week 2 against the Cowboys.
Despite the personal success in the team’s 34-13 loss, Wilson instead focused on the suffering endured by fans of the struggling 4-7 club.
"I don't know what I could tell y'all, I don't know what to tell the fans, I don't know what they would want to hear," said Wilson. "I'm out. I can't think of anything and I wish I could, man."
"I don't know what to tell the fans. I don't know what they would want to hear. I'm out. I can't think of anything and I wish I could, man. We want to get this thing rolling and we are going to keep grinding"

A frustrated Wilson, one of the Jets’s few offensive stars alongside standout running back Breece Hall, was left without any words of encouragement.
"We want to get this thing rolling and we are going to keep grinding, we're going to keep doing it, but as far as giving you all the sound byte or something to keep the faith, man, I don't know. I don't know. I'm not even gonna try this week," added Wilson.
New York will look to end its losing skid in Week 13 when they host Atlanta at MetLife Stadium on Dec. 3 at 1 p.m. ET.
