TMZ obtained a video Monday morning of New York Jets running back Breece Hall being confronted by an angry fan while at an airport after returning from Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas.
In the recording from Feb. 11, Hall can be seen being confronted by a man in black T-shirt and jeans at a baggage claim area in Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey. The man can be heard saying “be a man” and appeared to be trying to provoke Hall into a physical confrontation. The man eventually stormed off while screaming, “You think you’re a big man and tough? [If] you’re gonna slap me, slap me.”
The man appeared to be seeking an autograph from Hall initially, per TMZ’s Michael J. Babcock. Two-time Super Bowl champion and former New York Giants All-Pro linebacker Carl Banks was on the same flight as Hall and appeared to try to diffuse the situation, even putting himself between Hall and the man at one point.
Video of the incident is below. (Warning: vulgar language.)
