Jet2 has announced that it will launch new services from Manchester Airport as it expands its operations following a surge in demand from holidaymakers. The airline is extending its season to Malta from major UK airports so more people can jet away for winter sunshine.
As part of the expansion more flights will operate from Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds Bradford and London Stansted Airports during the winter period. Nearly 6,000 additional seats will be going on sale part of the increased capacity.
Services will now operate up to November 28 and flights will start again in March 2023. It comes after Jet2 recently announced plans that it was adding more destinations from Manchester Airport next year and an additional aircraft.
