Jet2 is urging passengers to make sure they have an "essential" document ahead of travelling.
The tour operator regularly takes to social media to update travellers and on Friday the latest alert advised people to ensure they are protected before and during their trips.
A tweet from Jet2's official account said: "Travel insurance may not be exciting, but it is essential!

The airline has recently announced it will soon fly from Liverpool John Lennon Airport. From March 2024, Jet2 will offer routes to 20 destinations.
Seven of these are exclusive to Jet2, bringing new routes to Liverpool.
Liverpool will become Jet2's 11th UK airport when the first flight departs on March 28 next year. In its first summer of operations from the airport, Jet2 will operate up to 54 weekly flights, including 12 a week to both the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands.
The seven exclusive summer routes are to Gran Canaria, Menorca, Rhodes, Zante, Madeira, Paphos and Bourgas in Bulgaria.
