A Jet2 flight had to return to Manchester Airport shortly after take-off due to a 'minor fault'.
The plane to Heraklion in Crete took off as normal from the airport this morning (Tuesday). But after just minutes in the air, the pilot 'reported a minor fault indication'.
The flight turned back and all passengers were moved onto a different plane. Jet2 apologised for the delay.

A spokesperson said: “Flight LS905 from Manchester to Heraklion followed procedure and returned to Manchester Airport this morning after the pilot reported a minor fault indication.
“The aircraft landed safely, and all customers were transferred onto a replacement aircraft. We would like to apologise to customers for the delay to the start of their holiday.”
