Airline and tour operator Jet2 has launched a new facility for travellers which combines everything needed to search, book and manage a trip in one easy-to-use app. Previously, customers had to download two separate apps for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, but this new facility means they can access flights and holidays in one app.
The new app enables customers to:
- Search, filter and book a wide range of holidays and flights
- Save bookings and start the holiday count down
- Access relevant booking information through every step of the journey
- Manage multiple bookings
- Get updates and notifications for your booking and get the best offers
- Check-in and fly paper-free with offline boarding passes
- Upload any other travel documents to the ‘Useful Documents’ feature
- Contact Jet2.com or Jet2holidays via enhanced ‘Get in Touch’ pages
- New offline mode and brand-new post booking functionality for flight-only customers.
