Leeds United boss Jesse Marsch has outlined his commitment to club and what he is hoping to achieve during his time at Elland Road. The 48-year-old was appointed as the Whites' new manager on February 28 after Marcelo Bielsa's three-and-a-half year tenure came to an end.
There was some criticism from the Leeds supporters about the board's decision to sack Bielsa, however, Marsch has done a decent job since his arrival. Apart from the 3-0 defeat against Aston Villa, Leeds have performed well and been the better side in all three of those other games.
Despite falling to a 1-0 defeat against Leicester City in his first game at the helm, Marsch's side were unfortunate not to get something out of the game. However, Leeds returned to winning ways at home to Norwich City, before they followed that up with a 3-2 victory at Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Both of those matches involved last-minute winners and Leeds have since moved seven points clear of the relegation zone. And Marsch has outlined what he is trying to achieve at the Whites.
He told SiriusXM: "I don't feel a lot of pressure. I focus so much on the group, the team and helping them to be the best that they can be, helping them every day.
"Creating a pathway for them as people and as players to understand how to get better, how to commit more and more to each-other. This is what I do, my expertise is working with highly talented young men and helping them understand in a team environment how to achieve individually and as a group.
"When I'm surrounded by like-minded people, I've been able to create an environment that really benefits everyone. Here at Leeds, I can say that we have that entirely. The part of representing an American manager and the part of what it means, honestly it doesn't help and it doesn't matter.
"What matters is that I am able to focus on things that are important to helping my team and making my squad more successful, that is it. Of course if I do that effectively, more people will sit back and appreciate it."
