Jerry Springer 's modest grave in Chicago has been revealed.

The legendary talk show host was laid to rest in a private ceremony last week after he died last month following a short battle with pancreatic at the age of 79.

In photos obtained by TMZ, the TV star is remembered with a large stone headstone and a bench inscribed with his surname "SPRINGER".
