Jeremy Renner is set to return to acting after a horrific snow plough accident earlier this year. However, the 52-year-old has revealed that he will make a big change to his career as a result of the accident that happened at his US home on New Year's Day.
While discussing plans to return to the big screen in a new ABC documentary with Diane Sawyer, Renner shared how the accident changed his life. He has accepted that the rest of his career will now look slightly different.
As reported by The Mirror, Renner explained how he would no longer be taking part in his own stunts for future Marvel Films. This includes during his return as Marvel's Hawkeye.

He said: "I’m okay with a stunt guy doing it. I’m 52… I’ve done enough.
"I’ve lost a lot of flesh and bone in this experience, but I’ve been refuelled and refilled with love and titanium."
Renner suffered 14 broken ribs, a broken right knee, ankle and right shoulder, a collapsed lung and a pierced liver from the accident. He said he refused to be "haunted" by the incident, despite recalling painful memories of what happened.
Renner explained: "Yeah, no regrets. I would do it again.
"I refuse to have that be a trauma and it be a negative experience. That is a man I’m proud of because I wouldn’t let that happen to my nephew.
"So shift the narrative of being victimised or making a mistake or anything else. I refuse to be haunted by that memory that way."
Online clips have show him working hard in physical therapy to recover from his injuries. He has recently been shown walking again after sustaining serious leg injuries.
Renner has also recently announced a new show on Disney+ called Rennervations. It will see him re-purpose used vehicles to help struggling communities.
