Controversial TV host Jeremy Clarkson has admitted that he isn't too worried about rising heating costs, and thinks that people can 'retrain' their bodies when it comes down to temperature.
The 62-year-old Top Gear and Grand Tour star shared his thoughts recently in The Sun, claiming that his father didn't enjoy wasting money, and when Jeremy would tell him he was chilly his response would be to get into bed and warm up.
As he didn't always want to spend the colder days bunged up in bed, he learned to enjoy the cold and these days prefers it to the heat.

The Daily Star reports that he wrote: "Gas price increases? They don’t bother me, as I won’t be needing gas. Heating oil is three times more than it was three years ago? Don’t care.
"You may think that you could never live like this, but I think you can. You just need to retrain your body."
Jeremy then pointed out that if people were to climb into a fridge for a bit their kitchen would feel toasty afterwards. The Who Wants To Be A Millionaire host, advised: "In short, forget 75F. Make 62F your new normal."
And fans obviously had mixed feelings about the TV star's remarks, with some agreeing and others slating them. One quipped on Twitter: "Millionaire not worried by bills. In other news, fish not concerned about drowning," while another, agreed: "I don't care either, but then again I'm sensible and don't lay around in a t-shirt with the heating on for 12 hours like the majority of pampered people."
A third, penned: "In part I agree, I think we’ve got a bit spoilt, we use resources like they’re nothing. I am using this experience to try and retrain myself when I had absolutely no consideration before for walking around in a t-shirt with snow outside, but God I worry for the vulnerable."
