Jeremy Clarkson warned a charity boss about the challenges of opening a pub by giving her “a list of all the things that could go and would go wrong”, she told Parliament.
They included that the person running the pub would end up themselves having to clean the toilets, dealing with food allergy issues, and doing a range of DIY jobs.
