Michael Stewart says Moritz Jenz has reminded him of another Celtic defender with his performance against Ross County - Christopher Jullien.
The German defender has arrived at Celtic Park on loan from Ligue 1 club Lorient with an option to buy. He was a big player for the Hoops in their 3-1 victory away at Ross County on Saturday, maintaining their 100 per cent record so far in this season's Premiership. Kyogo Furuhashi had put them ahead but the Staggies soon levelled.
It took until the final quarter before Jenz put Celtic back ahead and Liel Abada made sure the job was done with a late winner. Their new defensive recruit reminded Michael Stewart of Parkhead outcast Christopher Jullien, who is struggling to get a game after a 2021 knee injury, almost leaving for Schalke last month. The BBC Sportsound pundit reckons despite the goal, there's lots for Ange Postecoglou's defender to work on, although his ball ability is better than teammate Carl Starfelt.

He said: "On occasions it wasn't bad but there were moments where you were thinking 'was he getting caught under the ball?'
"It never came to anything but as the game went on he looked more assured. He looks a similar physique to Christopher Jullien.
"He played on the left of the centre-backs and I think looking at the set-up of that backline, he is more comfortable on the ball than Carl Starfelt. It'll be interesting what Postecoglou does going forward."
