Jennifer Lopez believes the secret to "good skin" is a "consistent" routine which she sticks to "every single day".
The 56-year-old actress/singer - who has her own JLO Beauty line - filmed an Instagram video which showed her sitting in her bath after taking her make-up off and she explained having a skincare regime only works if you stick to it.
