The actor works closely with trainer Dalton Wong, who wrote The Feelgood Plan: Happier, Healthier & Slimmer in 15 Minutes a Day (see at Amazon). In between workout plans, the book details when to call it quits, how to listen to your body's needs and so forth. A good fitness plan should definitely have a wellness component to it.
Lawrence was so taken by his approach that she even wrote the foreword to his book. "Dalton is different to other trainers because he understands what my body needs—how to exercise, when to unwind, how to enjoy food. I’m so happy he’s written a book with such a wonderful message," part of her message reads.
