Dior has released the first images from its Cruise 2027 campaign, and the cast could pass for a Jonathan Anderson front row: Jennifer Lawrence, Greta Lee, Taylor Russell and Drew Starkey, photographed by Sam Rock inside the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
The preview, first reported by WWD on Oct. 5, sends the collection back to the building where it was shown. Anderson staged his first cruise show for Dior at LACMA in May, in the museum's new David Geffen Galleries, designed by Swiss architect Peter Zumthor. Five months on, four of the house's ambassadors walk the same galleries as visitors. Dior's campaign notes describe the actors as "playing" themselves, and say the series shows them laughing together, studying the paintings and drifting off mid-thought.
