Jennifer Aniston will be the last guest on Ellen DeGeneres' scandal hit long-running talk show, it was announced on Tuesday.
The final episode of the long-running daytime series will air on May 26 and will reportedly see the Friends star joined by fellow guests Pink and Billie Eilish.
The 53-year-old’s final appearance will come after she was the very first guest on Ellen’s show 19 years ago and is now set to make her twentieth appearance.
In September, Jennifer appeared on the debut episode of the final season and teared up as soon as she walked out on stage.
Wearing a one-shoulder top, Jen said: “What the hell? This is not supposed to be emotional, God dang it! Not yet - it's not even over, you know I have not been out in a long time, like two years, and I am not kidding, and the last time I was here hosting a show was here when you were at the DMV'.”
Other guests in the concluding episode of Eleen’s talk show include Oprah Winfrey, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Mila Kunis, Kate McKinnon, Justin Timberlake, Keith Urban, Zac Efron, Sean 'Diddy' Combs, Luke Bryan, Kerry Washington, Brad Paisley and Bruno Mars.
Ellen announced in May of last year that the show was ending after it coming under fire with accusations of a toxic workplace environment.
Ellen herself was allegedly at the centre of some complaints regarding her “mean” behaviour.
A report from BuzzFeed included current and former employees who complained about alleged bullying behind-the-scenes, prompting an internal probe of the show by Warner Bros.
Ellen recently thanked fans after taping the final episode, taking to Instagram to share a picture of her sitting on the set of the hugely successful series, as she touched upon how the world has changed since the talk show aired 19 years ago.
“Today we taped the final episode of The Ellen Show which airs on May 26th. When we started this show in 2003, the iPhone didn’t exist,” Elle began.
“Social media didn’t exist. Gay marriage wasn’t legal. We watched the world change, sometimes for the better, sometimes not,” she poignantly added.
The TV star said she wanted her show to be a “place where we could all come together and laugh for an hour”, and said it was an honour to have entertained millions of people around the world for almost two decades.
“But whatever was happening, my goal was always for the show to be a place where we could all come together and laugh for an hour. Being invited into your lives has been the greatest privilege of my life and has brought me incredible joy.
“Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you,” she concluded her emotional post.
