Jeff Okudah is once again showing every sign that he’s ready for full-speed work in Detroit Lions training camp, which kicks off a little over a week from now.
Okudah is recovering from a torn Achilles tendon suffered in Week 1 last season. After working out extensively on the side with trainers in last month’s minicamp, Okudah continues to look quite physically capable. He posted a reel to Instagram documenting his impressive vertical jump in a recent workout.
That’s a 29-inch vertical while holding a 30-pound dumbbell in each hand. Not bad for a guy who is listed at 205 pounds.
