Intensifying scrutiny around wealth, influence and access within the fashion world, Amazon-founding billionaire Jeff, 62, and his wife Lauren Sánchez, 56, are serving as honorary co-chairs of the annual fundraiser for the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute in New York, alongside Beyoncé, Nicole Kidman, Venus Williams and long-time organiser Anna Wintour.
