Jean Johansson has been left "overwhelmed" by support for her racism documentary which aired on BBC Scotland last night.
The Truth About Scotland And Racism was part of the BBC Disclosure series.
A Place in the Sun host Jean opened up about racist abuse she'd experienced as a youngster growing up in Port Glasgow.
The mum-of-one also shared stories from others who'd experienced similar experiences.
After the show aired, dozens of the presenter's fans on social media rushed to congratulate and applaud her for the show.
The 40-year-old took to Twitter to share a sweet throwback snap and thank followers for their support.
Jean said: "Iconic. I know. Thank You for all the wonderful messages. I’m overwhelmed with the love and support for the documentary. Good Night."
Jean is only a young child in the photo as she poses in front of a door and smiles.
And many flocked to the comments to send their best wishes after seeing the results of her "essential" hard work.
One said: "It was brilliant and I think it was really important that it was you who did it."
Another said: "Great documentary on how this needs to be tackled head on and let's hope there is change and let's hope the people involved in the programme tonight get to get on with their lives and don't encounter such abuse again."
Whilst one said: "I thought the programme was a brilliant and important watch, Jean. And I’m glad you felt able to front it, difficult but essential stories to tell."
Another added: "Thank you so much for such an honest and frank documentary. Tough to hear at times but left me with a feeling of hope! “You don’t fight hate with hate, you fight hate with love!”
Speaking prior to the documentary airing, Jean said: “After making this documentary, I was shocked and appalled by the racism that exists in this country.
“From a little girl too afraid to go to school for fear of abuse to a shopkeeper who employs a white person behind the till to make the community feel more comfortable –we should all be ashamed.
“Making the programme has made me realise we have gone backwards and have a long, and perhaps impossible, way to go to fix things.”
