Jealous Graham Marchant threatened to chop up and bury his former partner's new lover during a campaign of harassment.
Marchant was given a restraining order to keep him away from his ex girlfriend when he was convicted of harassing her in April last year.
But just six weeks after the order was made, he started sending messages.
