Republican vice presidential candidate JD Vance recently made statements regarding the upcoming 2024 election and his views on the 2020 election. Vance expressed his support for the 2024 election result, confidently stating that he believes it will lead to a victory for former President Donald Trump.

During a pull-aside interview, Vance emphasized his commitment to accepting the outcome of the 2024 election, asserting that he anticipates a Trump win not only in Michigan but also for the presidency as a whole. He acknowledged that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris currently hold the positions of president and vice president, while also alluding to unresolved issues from the 2020 election that he believes warrant further discussion.

When questioned about his stance on certifying the 2020 election results and addressing disappointed voters, Vance reiterated that the events of 2020 are in the past. He mentioned that if he were in former Vice President Mike Pence's position, he would have considered asking states to submit alternative slates of electors.

Vance pointed to concerns about censorship by big tech companies during the 2020 election as one example of issues that he believes deserve scrutiny. He acknowledged former President Trump's claims of election fraud and manipulation, while also addressing past controversial remarks he made, referring to them as 'dumb comments' from years ago.

Encouraging the public to focus on the pro-family agenda that he and Trump advocate for, Vance urged individuals not to dwell on past remarks but to consider the policies and initiatives they support. The ongoing debate surrounding the 2020 election and the upcoming 2024 election continues to shape the political landscape as candidates like JD Vance navigate these complex issues.
