Cheney, who has endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris, is set to campaign with Harris in suburban counties of Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan. Vance's comments on Cheney and Trump's recent visit to McDonald's were met with cheers from the crowd.
Regarding Trump's brief stint working at McDonald's, Vance suggested that Harris had worked there for an even shorter period. However, a campaign official confirmed that Harris had indeed worked at a McDonald's in Alameda, California, during the summer of 1983 while she was a student at Howard University. Harris reportedly handled the register and operated the fry and ice cream machines during her time at the fast-food chain.
