Star Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum may be out of the running to win this season’s Kia Most Valuable Player award, but he’s at the top or very near it in quite a few key indicators and counting stats for the 2022-23 NBA season as we rapidly approach its end.
The St. Louis native has been among the league’s most prolific scorers with very few games missed or taken off, so Tatum figures to register among the top of his elite peers in the Association as the 2023 NBA Playoffs inch closer. While it might not be enough to earn him MVO this time around, Tatum has put together an admirable body of work this season.
