In a recent interview with NBA TV’s “Game Time” show, All-NBA Boston Celtics forward Jaylen Brown shared his excitement about their historic 51-point win against the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday night. Brown credited their success to their aggressive play and taking advantage of the Pacers’ slack defense.
With the addition of players like Kristaps Porzingis and Jrue Holiday, Brown highlighted the freedom and space they now have on the court, making it difficult for opponents to focus solely on him and Jayson Tatum. The team is off to a strong start, but Brown acknowledged that they expect to face more challenges as the season progresses. He also mentioned the bittersweet feeling of parting ways with teammates like Marcus Smart and Rob Williams III, with whom he had built strong relationships.
However, Brown is optimistic about the new additions and believes that the current starting five is one of the best in his career.
