Jay-Z has been named in a civil lawsuit that accuses both him and Sean 'Diddy' Combs of allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl in 2000. According to a bombshell report on NBC News, the lawsuit filed by the Texas-based Tony Buzbee was originally filed in October in the Southern District of New York and listed Combs as the defendant. The report was refiled Sunday to include Jay-Z, whose full name is Shawn Carter.
The accuser, named as 'Jane Doe' in the suit, has alleged that the assault happened a house party after the MTV Video Music Awards in New York. The lawsuit details that the alleged victim was dropped off at the Radio City Music Hall. On being unable to get a ticket, she reportedly approached various limousine drivers to gain access to the show or an after-party.
