A small update on Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow went out on Sunday during the pregame shows before the afternoon schedule.
There, Fox Sports’ Jay Glazer went out and revealed that Burrow will pick his doctor for the season-ending surgery this week. He also added that, specifically, Burrow tore the middle ligament in his wrist responsible for stabilization.
Beyond that, much about Burrow’s status is currently in the deciding stages as far as when the operation is and the reported recovery time.
Bengals head coach Zac Taylor, at least, has said this type of operation doesn’t come with any long-term concerns.
